Sardis Cabins is not owned by a big company or chain.
We are a locally owned and operated, family business
and pride ourselves in making your stay with us comfortable. We try
to maintain the "finest" lodging available in the Sardis Lake area
and for this reason we have many repeat customers,
some we have come to consider as part of our family!
Things to Know!
*At this time we have ONLY, 4 Motel Rooms and 3 Cabins which we rent, so we take our reservations VERY serious! - [Having so few rentals, we fill up pretty quickly, especially on weekends & holidays. If you cancel a reservation, do this knowing we very possibly have turned away others who could have otherwise stayed with us!]
*First time tennants may be required to put up a deposit before we will hold a reservation for you, (contact us for info and amount).
*We do NOT have a Credit Card machine so we "ONLY" accept cash or check.
**VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**
Unless you have sent a deposit, we require that you contact us to confirm
your reservation on or before 12: Noon on the day of your reservation!
If you do not either Check-in or Contact Us,
your Reservation may be Cancelled & your lodging could be given away!
*We supply nice linens & towels for all of our lodging. Help Us Keep Our Towels Nice For You!
(We have Old Towels for the asking, if you want to clean your boat or truck, or clean up your mess!).
*We have WiFi so bring your LapTop!
*All of our lodging has Dish-Network TV with all of the Premium Movie Channels!
*We have Refrgerators in all of out lodging including our Motel Rooms!
*All Rooms & Cabins have outside plug-ins for charging boat batteries.
*We positively "DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING" inside our buildings. Please respect our smoking policy!
*Cabin tenants are responsible for washing their dishes before check out!

*If your reservation is cancelled, your deposit will not be refunded HOWEVER, it can be used to make another reservation with us, (at time of cancellation only).
**MAKING RESERVATIONS WITH US**
OUR LODGING:
2-Day minimum required on All Weekends and Holidays
3-Day minimum required on 3-Day Holidays
Lodging may be reserved for 1-Day, Monday through Thursday.
